I am filling out an application form and it ask for a previous employer which i have but at the moment i am in education and I am doing voluntary work. Does the voluntary work count as a previous employer or does this mean only paid work? Say this in the application form they have asked to mention any voluntary work in the experience and personal skills, does that mean I should only mention the voluntary work here and not in the employment section???Im confused!!! help!!!
I would include it in the previous employement section but make sure you state that it was voluntary as employers like voluntary work! 
some application forms do say "also include any unpaid work in this section" so I would include it

So we try to offer a French language-course for the children and older students. We also want to offer English-courses, because it’s the world language. We need it in order to communicate, otherwise it can become really hard for a person especially if he or she is travelling. It is not necessary to have expereince in teaching.
